Snack break should not be considered effective work time

The Supreme Court ruling of July 13, 2017 establishes that the fact that the employer tolerated for five years that the “sandwich break” was understood as effective work time, does not in itself constitute a more beneficial condition. , in this case being able to unilaterally decide that said sandwich break should not be considered effective work time and, consequently, being able to increase the work days with said times.
